We require the following information for all new customers:
Customer's Business Occupation: Please confirm the primary occupation of the customer's business.
Rental and Storage Locations: Please provide a list of all rental and vehicle storage locations, including the percentage of the fleet at each address. Specify the percentage of the fleet stored undercover and indicate if hail nets are used at any location.
Claims History: Please submit up-to-date claims data on the insurer’s letterhead, covering the last five years or since the start of trading (whichever is longer).
Fleet List: Please provide a comprehensive fleet list in a spreadsheet format. For trucks over 5 tonnes or heavy commercial vehicles (e.g., refrigerated vehicles, mine-spec 4WDs), include the total market value of the vehicle, factoring in any permanently attached accessories.
Average Fleet Size: What has been the average number of vehicles in the customer's fleet over the past five years?
Policy Excess: Please detail the customer's policy excess amounts for the past five years.
Rental Agreement: Please supply a copy of the customer's rental agreement, including terms and conditions, for review and approval.
